"UNCLE, UNCLE"

If you have ever seen the movie "The Unsinkable Molly Brown" at the beginning there is a scene where her friends pin her down and want her to say "Uncle" and she says she will never say "Uncle" because she will never give up. At the end of the movie she ends up saying "Uncle, Uncle" while she is crying. (if you haven't seen it please do it is one of my favorites) Anyway, with this market just killing us, I'm saying "Uncle, Uncle". Not only is the market shrinking away our money, now Monaco, the maker of our coach, has fired almost all of it's employees and filed for Bankruptcy. I guess now we won't be going to Oregon anymore for repair work. (Sorry Marty, we won't be seeing you anytime soon)
New updates for us:

We quit bowling, the other 2 team members weren't showing up. The one had a pretty good excuse, she was 9 months pregnant (surrogate mother) but her husband kept working late on Wednesday, plus it was the most unfriendliest league we have ever seen.

The sun has been out a few times so we went back to playing pickle ball, which was fun. With all the rain we have had the markings we had made on the tennis courts were almost washed away, so Dave remarked them. I wear a pedometer and before pickle ball I go to the gym and do the treadmill for 3 miles, so by the time we are done with pickle ball at 9am I already have 14,000 steps on my meter. I told Dave they say you should get in 10,000 steps a day, so by the end of pickle ball I get to lay around on my ass the rest of the day.

We are having problems with one of our renters in Arizona, it's the house in Cornville the new one, seems she can't make the payment anymore or at least not the full payment. The market is her main income and of course we all know about market problems. She wants us to drop the rent by 150 and we said "no" we are already losing money every month on the place as it is. Her lease is up in at the end of May and we told the rental company that we will be moving into the house in July. If the lady would like to stay until the end of June we would let her do that.
Dave and I decided, right now we can't afford to travel around so we might as well get back into a house. We had always said if we sat for more then 2 weeks in one place then we were getting back into a house. This RV is big but we didn't want to live in it full time without moving around, and so far we have been in Bakersfield for almost a year. We did have a few side trips but that was about it. We are taking one more trip in April to New Mexico for a Rally with the Good Sam group, only because we had already paid for it, plus, Linda our friend in St. George is going with us. This way on the way back hopefully we will stop and see Aunt Evelynn and get Linda and Evelynn together so maybe they can hang out every once in a while.
Of course this doesn't help Kim and Danny at all, but what can we do. The only other choice is to get another renter for the Arizona house and we stay in the RV for the next three years until Danny gets thru nursing school. That's not fair to us, Dave needs a garage to tinker around in and I'm his little tinker around buddy, who else is going to find and get everything for him. :)
We will keep the RV and put it in storage in Cottonwood, just in case we should happen to lose everything we will always have a roof over our heads. :) Then once the market settles down we can start going on side trips again. We will probably get part time jobs, if we are lucky. Once we get to Arizona, maybe we can help out with the borders, ha ha.

I'm finally caught up again, been so depressed just can't seem to get in the mood for writing.

Kim told me you guys were gonna move to AZ. I told her Danny should look into nursing programs in CO so I can help with Mady since I'm already home with Inara. Hang in there. Love ya.

No, Danny should look into nursing school in Arizona, that way they would have a house to live in (our other one) and me babysitting again.
