Quick Update on Dinner and Light Show

Taxi cabs came and picked us all up for dinner at 4:20 and dropped us off at the restaurant, but dinner wasn't until 6pm. Cheryl said we could do some shopping around before dinner but all the shops were closed. We ended up sitting on the patio outside and having drinks, since there was nothing else to do. The restaurant was beautiful, it use to be a bull fighting ring in the old days. Dinner was excellent, at least the salmon was, the ones that got beef wellington had mixed answers, some say it was great but more said it was tuff. The chicken cordon bleu was pretty good most said, the salad before dinner was tasteless but those that got the soup raved about it. I think all in all in was pretty good food and a beautiful presentation. At 7pm the "Dancing Water" light show was suppose to begin, we got over there by 7:30 and no light show. Come to find out today is a Mexican Holiday, it's the anniversary of the Mexican Constitution. That's why the shops were closed and no light show. When the taxi cabs got back we headed back to the RV's. Oh well, another bust on an adventure, remember we are suppose to be fexible.
