Leaving Alamos and headed to San Carlos

The walking tour yesterday was another bust. The guide told us a lot of history about Alamos, which was interesting, then we car pooled to a Casa that was for sale, so I think on the side he is a real estate agent. The house was nice reduced from 410,000 to 340,000 5 bedrooms, 5 baths, 2 outside BBQ areas, it was nice but you would have to stick another 200K to bring it up to our standards. It would make a hell of a Bed and Breakfast, great viewing area, and you could get a maid/cook for about 3K a year. After that we drove into town and we walked around looking at the outsides of mansions. These mansions take up just about a whole city block, outsides only we saw, then to the church. Thank goodness it only lasted 2 hours. We then went back to camp and relaxed and read, later on Dave and I walked back into town and walked around then stopped and had lunch.
We had another dinner last night with the group at Casa La Aduana, very nice place and my dinner was great, Dave's was just OK.
That's it for now, we are leaving the group and going ahead to San Carlos where they will all meet up with us tomorrow afternoon.
Wish us luck on getting out of this small campsite, will let you know once we get to San Carlos how many more dents we get.
